![]() I have found it useful to send out characters that are not at a high level with a sweet gun and load them up with stimpacks and good armor and allow them to explore until their stimpacks run out, this is particularly useful when you want to lvl and individual quickly and I have found that the cost to revive them ( if you forget to monitor them) is low because they are at a lower level. Overall it is best to have a well rounded special character exploring (as it says in the game) and a higher level character corresponds to more health in general. What has been said about endurance, strength, and luck are true in my experience. Agility - Determines how quickly you attack in combat. Intelligence - No effect as far as I know other than a prerequisite for certain missions. I assume that charisma impacts the frequency of encountering non violent scenarios that give you xp ( like when you patch up a run away slaves leg.) Intelligence/perception may also play a role in your ability to defeat harder enemies, like murlocks without taking much damage if any at all. Charisma - No effect as far as I know since it seems the dialogue options are always the same. If you happen to find a solution that fixes the issue, please do share in the comments below.I have a hunch that agility improves your chance of escaping unscathed from a tough battle ( particularly the longer you are out in the wastes). If and/or when Bethesda offers a fix for the capacity limit bug we’ll be sure to update this post. Deleting the app and reinstalling doesn’t appear to remedy the issue either. The variance seems to indicate that this capacity limit is probably a glitch in the game that Bethesda will need to work out, but so far the company has yet to answer players’ queries on the discussion forum or other social media platforms. The number of items a dweller gets before the “That’s as much as I can carry,” message appears and they automatically returning to the vault seems to vary from as much as 25 to as little as four items regardless of the armor, weapons or amount of stimpacks they are carrying. If that's some new limit, I can't imagine how anyone could find anything worthwhile in the wasteland,” wrote black_supper. “All of my explorers are returning with around 20 items each. On Reddit’s Fallout Shelter subreddit, users reported the same issue. I can usually leave these two out collecting for 3 days with no issues. Dwellers can be equipped with Outfits and Weapons for when they venture out. The log said they had reached their carry max, lol. Dwellers are vital to the survival of your Vault, as through them you are able to gather resources and fend off threats. By Will Fulton MaListen to article Fallout Shelter has been on the market for nearly five years now, and much has changed in the Wasteland since those early days. They showed back up with all 25 of their stimpaks and only 5 common items each. thumbnail A dweller on a wasteland mission has. Give the correct answer and you dont have to fight the raiders. “I sent out my two main dwellers, both in power armor, both with all stats maxed. This is the weekly Game Show Gauntlet quest. The post received numerous replies, with other players confirming they’d run into the same issues. ![]() I check my game this afternoon and all four are already returning to the vault with a "maxed out" payload.Īm I missing something here? Why are dwellers 1, 2, and 3 returning to the vault already,” wrote Tilly708. The item cap per dweller was 100, or so I thought. ![]() “So I have four dwellers in the wasteland. The explorer capacity limit problem seems to have cropped up sometime Thursday afternoon as reported by a player on Bethesda’s Fallout Shelter Discussion Forum. Some gathering less than five items returned to the vault with the explorer chat saying “That’s as much as I can carry.” It appears the despised Wasteland explorer capacity limit has returned, but this time players aren’t sure if it was an intentional server-side update by Bethesda or just some kind of bug.Įither way, players of the post-apocalyptic sim game have found their explorers returning to the vault early without being recalled by the user. Since having higher stats means that the explorer will find more items, its actually the explorers with the lowest stats that can stay out the longest. Did you send some Fallout Shelter dwellers into the Wasteland, only to discover they returned early with a chat message saying, “That’s as much as I can carry”? You aren’t alone. An explorer will collect 100 items after 3 to 4 days of exploring, so the current maximum time is about 100 hours.
